At Everton we continue to recognise the importance of ensuring that ticket prices remain affordable for all our supporters. We have a flexible pricing strategy with a number of options available for the various sections of our support. We have continued to improve our selling arrangements to ensure easier access for all customers, including extended Fan Centre opening hours, city centre ticketing outlets and the extension of the facility to print match tickets from the comfort of your home or office for the 2017/18 season.

Season ticket holders continue to play a pivotal part in the development of Everton Football Club both on and off the field, which is why we’re committed to offering a pricing structure that is competitive and affordable. In addition to the price reductions offered in previous seasons, Everton introduced an additional age-band to further our engagement with young adults, resulting in savings for over 1,000 existing supporters.
For the 2017/18 season, we have offered supporters savings of over 30% and ended a two-tiered, date-dependent pricing model. We were delighted to continue a price freeze for all junior and kid season tickets with prices as low as £95 for under 11s and £149 for juniors. We also introduced a new price point for young adults aged 22-24 who can now buy a season ticket for the same price as over 65 supporters. Not only this, but we provided a choice of payment methods and continue to offer supporters the chance to pay for their season tickets over a twelve-month period, from a previous 10-month option.

In continuing to improve our service to fans, we remodelled the Everton Fan Centre to be able to take direct calls for customer service, taking away the need to navigate phone menus whilst utilising a third-party call centre to handle overflow ticket sales calls. This created a more direct relationship between supporters and our knowledgeable staff. Our city centre ticketing outlet continues to thrive as an alternative channel to purchase tickets, making Everton ‘easy to buy from’.

In addition, we have rolled out our ‘Print at Home’ service in its entirety meaning match ticket purchasers can select this option four weeks prior to a match day allowing fans to buy tickets and print them directly from the comfort of their home or office.
